When you think of travel in Tanzania, you probably think of places like Ngorongoro, the Serengeti, and Zanzibar. Today, I would like to tell you about a historical little town, not far from Dar es Salaam called Bagamoyo. A Bit About Bagamoyo Bagamoyo, located 61 kilometers northeast of Dar es Salaam, is often incorrectly called the first capital of Tanzania.
