Things to Do on a Last Minute Zanzibar Trip

If you are looking for ideas on what to do during your planned last minute Zanzibar trip, you can find an extensive list of suggestions here.

I was chatting with my cousin a couple of days ago when she asked me, “You are not tired of water yet? Don’t you like live by the ocean?", after I had told her just how much I enjoy the view of Lake Victoria from this lovely B & B in Kampala.

I understood where she was coming from—she’s not the first person to ask me this—but the truth is: no, I don’t tire of water. As I responded to her then, “Lakes are so different from the ocean. Oceans differ from each other."

What is constant about most bodies of water for me, though, is that they bring me a relaxing calm, taking away any stress and reminding me of my place in the grand scheme of the universe.

One place you can clearly see how much I LOVE to be around water is my Instagram gallery.

From the pictures I post there, you can clearly see that I love relaxing by water, being in water, and oh my gosh, do I love eating from the bounty of the sea!

So, dear reader, as I share with you some of the best recent pictures from my Instagram gallery, I hope you get some ideas about where you, too, can enjoy amazing East African water environments and, of course, partake in the delicious food these waters have to offer.

Without further ado…
